InSearch Medical was established in 2006 by a group of sharp, energetic physical therapists eager to help other colleagues discover opportunities that would help accelerate their career. With a keen understanding of the industry, a fluctuating job market and the continuous shortage of physical, occupational, and speech therapists needed to fill today’s growing demand, InSearch Medical has since established itself as a successful career management company.

We are a subsidiary of Therapy Partner Solutions, a family of therapy-centric companies providing solutions across the full continuum of physical and occupational therapy care settings.  As such, our recruiting efforts focus on the opportunities within the Therapy Partner Solutions network of more than 100 outpatient physical therapy locations and management contract relationships across the southeast, Texas and New England.  Our clinic partnerships go to market via their own brand, and each has a culture unique unto themselves.  This broad and growing footprint creates opportunities for regional movement and career development opportunities that is challenging to find elsewhere.

Our team focuses solely on recruiting for positions in the field of physical, occupational and speech therapy that are available within the Therapy Partner Solutions family of companies.  From entry-level to advanced job opportunities, we provide professional career advice and job placement services for licensed therapists and assistants, as well as functions that support the delivery of these therapy services.
